The Mission Statement has been developed into the Vision the Trust has for the area:

The Trust’s Vision is to create a vibrant community within which people are proud to live and work. It will seek to create an area where people are willing to invest money and effort secure in the knowledge their investment will reap a return. The Trust will work to ensure a greater proportion of the wealth created is retained within the community.

The Trust will strive to improve the economy of the area and the prospects of those that live and work here. It will try to improve the opportunities open to them.

The Trust will improve the image of the area. It will try to engender in its residents a sense of pride of place and a desire not to accept second best. There will be a desire to improve the look of the area.

The Trust will be inclusive. All who live and work in the area will be encouraged to take part in fulfilling the Vision.
